# Example: Most Recent Journey Runs With Failures

This example returns the most recent run for each Journey in your account. It highlights failures by rule and action so teams can quickly identify and resolve issues. The response includes status, error details, and organizational context like folder and subfolder names.

# Notes

- `WJ_RUN_STATUS` can be values such as `SUCCESS`, `FAILED`, or `ABORTED`.
- `FAILED_RULE_DETAIL` contains a human readable summary of failed rules in the run.
- `FAILED_ACTION_*` columns provide the name, action type, and error for the action that failed most recently in the run.
